The hotel had a lovely traditional ambiance with beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas. It made me feel like I was staying in a charming Thai palace. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with spacious hallways and ramps that made it easy to move around with a cane or walker.

I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been even more enjoyable if the staff had offered assistance or provided information specifically tailored for seniors, such as nearby attractions suitable for our age group.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice view over the lake, pretty gardens. It is a simple hotel and I would recommend it to others.

well its was within 20 min drive to the airport, that's why we stayed there before an early morning flight. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

we ended up waiting for a pickup at the airport for nearly an hour, so in future i wouldn't rely on that service. Otherwise it was fine. Hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere and the bar was closed when we arrived at 9:30 so we had to go to the nearby 7/11 for some beers.

Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location near the airport and beautiful park with a lake for walking or working out. The staff arranged transportation and provided practical information on taxis - making it easy to get around. One standout service was the front desk's assistance in hailing taxis through the Grab app or by personally requesting one. a great stay with a good value for money.

What i didn`t like they did the "old trick" of my credit card magnetized in order to receive the cash money..my card was working perfectly, i did used it after that..but it was ok in general

This place is a real surprise. Especially at the very reasonable price. Very friendly, very clean and up to date rooms. Close to Airport. Would certainly use again especially if on budget. Small but lovely gardens, very tranquil.

Only negatives are it''s quite remote. No restaurant unless I missed it, so you have to walk into nearby town 200m but food I found is all from street stalls fine by me but communication was interesting. Anyhow very cheap and not a problem you just have to be adventurous

This hotel is a great value for money, especially for a short stopover. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with a new ensuite bathroom. I loved that some rooms have balconies, perfect for enjoying the view. The location is convenient, close to the airport and a big street market where you can find delicious local food.

The location is just great for those travelling via the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. It was the best hotel we stayed at during our travel. Highly recommend to everybody.
